Character’s Appearance: Draco is by most standards, handsome. He has a pale, pointed face, white blond hair and light blue eyes. He is the spitting image of his father though the shape of his eyes is the same as his mother. His has a drawling, bored sounding voice and walks with a confident swagger. Though outwardly he is as arrogant and proud as his father, the conflict seeming to swell his inflated head, he’s a damaged person inwardly and on occasion you can see his internal conflict reflected in his eyes. He favours black as it makes his pale skin stand out more and these days carries his papers around in a leather case bearing the Black and Malfoy crests, the emblems of his parent’s families. His usual attire is black robes and huge black steel toed boots. He has one defining mark left over from the war, though he is mainly unscarred, a long scar that curls round from the front of his neck, under his arm and across his back. It was his parting token from Potter in the final battle. There is also a very faint scar on his front around twelve inches long from a previous battle with Potter in their 6th year at Hogwarts.

Character’s History: Draco was born on the 5th of June 1980 to Narcissa (Black) Malfoy and Lucius Malfoy. He grew up and was taught basic learning at home by a portrait of the old headmaster,Nigellus Black, on loan from his great aunts house. He was firmly installed with the belief that Pure bloods were superior to all others and the class system in old Wizarding families. He learned to fly at the age of three and started playing Quidditch with his cousins at four, he was an all round player and sincerely enjoyed being a beater in order to whack the bludgers around the pitch. His entire family have been in Slytherin so when at eleven he boarded the Hogwarts express, he knew exactly which house he would be in. He first met Harry Potter in Madam Malkin’s Robes For All Occasions and after a further meeting on the train, he and Potter were established rivals by the time they reached Hogwarts. Draco’s closest friends at Hogwarts were Crabbe and Goyle but with Goyle's death in the war, he now has very few friends, a very lonely person indeed. In his second year, Draco was made seeker of the Slytherin Quidditch team, one of his father’s proudest (and most expensive) moments. This only served to increase his rivalry with Potter and throughout their school years together they continued to bicker and fight. Draco is intelligent so school work was never an issue and as an aside Draco learned many forms of the Dark Arts from various relatives. Draco is good with jinxes but strangely had a talent for transfiguration at school and received particular merit for that in his NEWTs, which were taken privately away from Hogwarts. This was because of his enrolment with the Death Eaters at 15. His first, rather unfair task (thought to be brought on by questions to his father’s loyalty) was to kill then Headmaster, Albus Dumbledore. Secretly he did not succeed but only he and Severus Snape know the truth. However the Dark Lord had a sneaking suspicion that was the case and has not given Draco much recognition. After leaving Hogwarts in his 6th year due to the whole, killing the Headmaster thing, Draco did his NEWTs privately with an ex professor from Durmstrang. His role in the war was practical. Draco is not a particularly brave nor cowardly person so the Dark Lord had him act strategically and on the whole, he was quite successful, his intelligence was a plus in planning (He . He was present at the final battle but did not play much of a part as he was injured early on by Potter. Though playing a significant role in the war he has never been thought of as a hero because he was not particularly useful when it came to fighting. He works as an “Auror” though being sent out into the field is a rarity for him. Because of the negative ideas surrounding his bravery, Draco is determined to prove himself. Bellatrix usually gives him any job that others wont do and to be honest he’s getting bored of it.

Character’s Personality: Draco is outwardly quite an arrogant person. He is always pointing out the weaknesses of his colleges and enjoys belittling others. However if you make it past his outer shell, you find a damaged, confused boy, lost and searching. Something about being at school under Albus Dumbledore gave Draco a positive influence and he is conflicted sometimes about what he has to do. He’s not truly evil at heart. His upbringing is railing against his experiences under Dumbledore. Draco lives in his own flat in London, near the Ministry and is constantly in fear of visits from his parents who are almost always critical, as if he doesn’t get enough of that from his boss, Bellatrix. He enjoys going into Muggle London and confusing hapless Muggles without their knowing that he is a wizard. Muggle baiting is probably the one thing he is very good at as it takes next to no bravery to do. He has been working tirelessly to track down the remaining Order members (when he isn’t doing intelligence insulting things for Bellatrix) as he sees this as a way to get back into the fold. It us fast becoming an obsession, and though some part of him does sympathise with them, he would never admit it. His preference is dark haired women, though he can swing the other way if in the right mood. He hates, absolutely hates, seers and half-bloods, considering them to be lower than even mud bloods. Half one thing, half another. If given a choice he would have loved to have been the one to have killed Hermione Granger, but as Potter stopped him before that could be achieved, he lives in bitterness that she was killed by another. The little part of him that morns Potter and his friends is always angrily suppressed and some day soon, it’s going to burst.
